Customer satisfaction is our top priority. In a circumstance where a purchased item does not fit your needs, it may be exchanged within 7 days after delivery in an unused condition. If an item exchange is due to an issue of quality or defect, the exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to you via Thailand Post.

When your exchange order is shipped, we will provide you with a new tracking number via email for the exchange shipment. Please email us if you would like your exchange order shipped to an alternate address.

All exchange requests are, however, subject to item availability.
